Richard Staveley is a highly experienced international leader who has worked in the UK, USA, Europe and the Middle East. His sectoral experience lies in Tech, Oil and Gas, and Government, working with companies such as IBM, Chloride and BP. He has a strong commercial background - he managed a $200M P&L at IBM. In addition Richard has led and delivered M&A activity with PWC and IBM with both complex commercial acumen and people management skills.

 

Richard’s first degree was at Oxford. He completed a bespoke business education year at INSEAD and did the business leadership programme at the Questrom school of business at  Boston University. Richard became hooked on Coaching and Mentoring when he witnessed its powerful effect at IBM. He did his training in coaching at Henley Management school.  Richard is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
