Networks

  • Our networks are the key to our success. We constantly refresh them making the approaches on behalf of our clients all the more powerful.

  • We deploy a range of appropriate networks for the benefit of our clients – over 10,000 alumni across diverse types of organisation, industry sectors and geographies.  We would also connect clients as appropriate to executive search consultants.​

  • Deploying a variety of separate but complementary international networks gives us the ability to deliver a degree of market penetration that few of our competitors can match.

  • Apart from our partners’ personal networks, established and maintained over the past 25 years, our associates, alumni and clients each have their own networks that are available to us, adding diversity of function, sector, specialism and geography.  

  • Between AGM’s partners and associates, we cover a range of industry sectors such as: construction, energy and utilities, fast moving consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, luxury, manufacturing, marketing services, media and technology, NGOs, professional services, retail, telecommunications and transport.

 

We also help our clients to reinvigorate their own networks.  When these are added to our broader AGM networks, the result is a greater likelihood of success in implementing career strategies.

Alumni

  • Our alumni are a key component of our networks. We never regard a client engagement as a transaction but as a reference point in a long-term relationship.

 

  • This means that even when an engagement has finished, we will continue to refer opportunities that we receive to our clients with confidence, because we have got to know them so well already.

 

  • We view our work as a privileged opportunity to be invited into our clients' business (and often personal) lives. Because of the work we do with our clients and the way it evolves over the course of an engagement, we create long-lasting relationships with our clients.

 

  • We never lose contact with our clients, but invite them to participate in our alumni network. We support them informally through regular events and themed forums, bespoke research and market intelligence for the remainder of their careers.
