Neda Jafri is an independent consultant based in Pakistan, with 20 years experience of human capital consulting with Hay Group, Ernst & Young and Deloitte in the Middle East. She recently led the development of the consulting practice at HRSG Pakistan, recruiting, training and coaching a team of professionals and directing the growth of human capital projects there. She has extensive experience of winning and delivering projects across all areas of human capital, particularly in organisational design, human resources transformation and compensation and benefits, specializing in the digital solutions.

Neda is a Certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), a Certified Hogan Assessor and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She holds a Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business from the Institute of Business Management in Karachi.
