Based in Madrid, Teresa has more than 20 years' international experience in hi-tech and telecoms companies worldwide, including BT, O2, Vodafone, Siemens and Telefonica. In addition to her senior sectoral expertise, Teresa brings strong transition and sounding board expertise.

 

Her coaching focuses on clients' strengths, providing a structured approach to search for pragmatic solutions. She works with senior executives in English, Spanish and German, having lived in each of these countries for many years.

Besides degrees in Theoretical Physics from Salamanca and in Telecommunications from King´s College, London, Teresa holds an Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.  She is a WABC Certified Business Coach.
