At AGM Transitions, we believe passionately that age is not a chronological affair. As long as each chapter of our lives is matched by an appropriate mix of challenges we will remain young at heart, free to pursue our dreams. Undoubtedly this mix of challenges evolves over time as our priorities change in terms of relationships, money and responsibilities. Sometimes others have incorrect perceptions of our need to “retire” from executive roles. Just stopping after a period of intense activity is a poor strategy. Stimulus continues to matter. We have also found that many of our clients look ahead to a period when they can leave something behind or sometimes help the next generation of leaders to learn from their experience.
