Randal has spent most of his career in roles supporting board decision-making processes. In recent years, he has focused on the linkage between business performance and pay, working
closely with RemCos as compensation practices come under more intense stakeholder scrutiny.
He has held corporate roles at General Motors, United Technologies, Swiss Bank Corporation and UBS in Finance and HR. He has also worked as a consultant in boutique settings as well as at Accenture. Randal is an American by birth, but has lived in Europe for over 20 years and holds UK Citizenship. Holding an advanced degree in Organizational Behavior, Randal has studied at both Michigan and Michigan State Universities.
