Jo is an experienced, commercial HR Director and executive coach with nearly 20 years of generalist experience gained working within financial and professional services for large organisations such as Allen & Overy LLP, Macquarie and Arthur Andersen. She has been responsible for the global HR offerings working out of UK and Australia.
Jo’s career has seen her deliver strategic HR planning, business restructuring, establishment of international offices, succession planning and talent management as well as gender diversity initiatives.
The nature of Jo's experience enables her to offer broad support in all areas of career management, progression and transition, leadership development, and HR strategy design. She is a WABC Certified Business Coach, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
