Dr Egbert Laege has more than 25 years’ experience of senior executive roles at E.ON, one of Germany’s largest energy companies and at European Energy Exchange (EEX) where he was based in France and Singapore. He has significant experience of leading industries through transformation and originating and building business in new geographies. He has an excellent understanding of the particular challenges which individuals face when leading businesses through transformation. Egbert’s current focus is advising leaders through transformation as their mentor and coach in Europe, Asia, and Australia.

 

Egbert holds a Coaching Certificate from INSEAD (ICC).  He is a non-executive director or senior advisor to several boards and executive committees, a Senior Advisor to Boston Consulting Group and an individual shareholder in German and Israeli businesses. Egbert holds a master’s degree in Energy Engineering and a doctorate in Energy Economics, both from Stuttgart University, and is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
