With over 20 years international Board level experience, Christine has worked with senior executives in a range of multinational companies in the high-tech and engineering sectors including Smiths Group, the UK Atomic Energy Authority, Amec Foster Wheeler, Morgan Crucible, Imerys and Bristow Helicopters.
Until recently, a Board member of the International Women’s’ Forum, Christine has developed a broad and diverse network connecting her internationally across sectors including business, government, law, and the Arts.
Drawing on her first-hand board and corporate experience gained at director level internationally in both HR, general business and legal functions, Christine provides the credibility and empathy needed to work effectively with her clients. She specialises in supporting senior women to achieve and exceed their career development challenges and goals, whilst retaining their own authentic styles, in predominantly male dominated sectors. She also works with individuals and boards looking to increase their effectiveness.
A graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach programme, and a WABC Certified Business Coach, Christine also holds bachelor and master degrees in law from the University of Western Australia. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and an accredited commercial mediator. She has published articles on cultural differences in coaching for the WABC, and coaching in transitions for the Forces Resettlement Guide.
